They were incredible to work with. So friendly, helpful and quick. They offered to pick my car up from a dealership on Jackson Rd so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip. Then they completed my windshield replacement really fast and did a great job. And the price was reasonable. I loved working with them and have been recommending to anyone I know who need glass repair.

After cracking my windshield, I called A2 Auto Glass for a quote. Within minutes, I was called back with an exact quote and offered the opportunity to schedule a next-day appointment. The amount was over $100 cheaper than my last windshield replacement, on the same car, through Safelite. I dropped off my car early in the morning and was greeted by Renee, who came outside with me to look at the impact spot to help confirm some doubts I had on how it occurred, which was super helpful. Before I even got off work, I got a phone call that my windshield replacement was finished and the car was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was assisted almost immediately, and it was a very easy & quick checkout process. My car looks amazing, and I will definitely be back if I ever need another windshield replacement.

2023 Bronco - A2 replaced my windshield after a rock put a crack all the way across it. A2 handled the insurance call & paperwork, ordered the OEM glass, and got me in within days. They also provided a loaner car which made things even smoother. I hope I don’t need to replace the windshield again, but if (when) I do A2 will be my only call. Great customer service (esp Cindy) and great work from the techs. 10 out of 10.

I had a major crack in my windshield and stopped to chat with the good folks at A2 Auto Glass. Renee checked my insurance, submitted the claim, and made me an appointment for the next day. When I showed up for my appointment, I didn't have a ride, so I opted to wait for my vehicle. (I was offered a loaner vehicle which I declined.) The waiting area is clean and comfortable and I was kindly offered coffee and wifi access. While I had been told it could take up to 3 hours to get the windshield replaced, it only took 2. The whole process was so seamless, and Renee was fantastic -- efficient, but also warm, kind and funny. I highly recommend A2 Auto Glass!

I've now had two cars serviced and one experience was good and the other was very poor. The quality of work on the recent repair was unacceptable. There was a large gap at the bottom of the windshield between the glass and the rubber seal when the car was returned to me. I rejected the car and additional work was done. However, a gap remained and now water leaks into the engine compartment on electrical components. Also the hood was not aligned when it was reinstalled. The work took 3.5 hours. Follow up: The offer to address my problem might have been attractive if there wasn't already a second to attempt to get it right. I waited patiently while the problem was worked on and that effort was a failure. Also, by the time a third attempt was offered, I had already sought and obtained a fix that was effective, although not as good as a perfect replacement.
